Annette Suzor is the company treasurer and bookeeper. Annette brings 20+ years of office experience to our team. With a degree in business, she is living the real world of how to handle the international companies and creating personal contacts to help us help you. She has participated in all training classes for Service Attendant, ServiceBench, ServicePower, and LG CLS.

Carrie Waslaske has passed the 5 year mark with our company! Carrie has been in every job position throughout the office. She can handle almost any situation that will help you get a problem resolved with a manufacturer. Carrie has helped to reinvent the office work load "flow" to allow more information to be processed with less time. She has participated in all training classes for Service Attendant, ServiceBench, ServicePower, and LG CLS.

Danielle Leblanc has been with our team for over two years. She brought to us many years experience as a service writer from the automotive industry. A Fitchburg State College graduate with a BA in Accounting and Business, Danielle is handling computerization of all data bases and implementing efficiency standards for all employees. As a very well organized individual, work efficiency is high and she always finds ways to resolve issues for customers. Danielle is helping our team with a positive customer friendly personality!

Terry Munley-Dion brings years of customer service experience to the office. Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Terry has the southern charm that makes customers very comfortable. She's educated in business administration and experienced with how to make sure the customer's repair go more efficiently. A local mom from Orange, Ma, her pride in her work is contagious. Bill Suzor has 35 year's experience making sure that the televisions, computers, and appliances you rely upon get fixed, promptly and correctly. He is a Master Licensed TV technician and has Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Business Management degrees. Bill started out repairing electronics in 7th grade for the Springfield school system until graduation. He worked his way through the US Army, became a disabled veteran and completed college studies thanks to the Veterans Administration and local colleges.
Bill fills the role of Service Manager, technician, parts guy, and whatever else has to be done to ensure customers get repairs fast, and correct. It is always a “work in progress” helping all departments to achieve the day’s goals. Using a working partnership with manufacturers, Bill knows how to find solutions to almost any repair challenge. Bill has given each individual technician the tools to handle a customer's repair in the best way possible.

Chris Mallette is a licensed refrigeration technician from Baystate School of Technology. He is also a graduate of Marcone University Appliance and Refrigeration School and and has completed most manufacturer schools for the latest appliances out there. Chris has completed soldering skills training and can readily do real repairs down to componenet levels. Chris's mechanical knowledge makes most repair tasks seem simple and unchallenged. Covering a large area, Chris is always there to assist fellow technicians with advice and his hands on knowledge of most products.

Gary Hamel is a licensed TV technician, has a Vocational Certificate, and an A+ computer technician. Having come into the company while in high school at Monty Tech, Gary is a self-educated technician, originally employed under a mentoring program. With over 12 years on the job now, Gary has a few tricks that he mentors all fellow technicians to make repairs go easier for everyone. Gary is heading up our computer service department and working as the webmaster for the company. He aides customers with technical questions and is the Help Desk for our company. His nickname has fast become, Dr. Gary!

Paul Zollo is a Baystate School of Technology graduate and has been covering the Worcester area for over 6 years now. Certified for gas, refrigeration, and major appliances, Paul is a key person for this area and based out of Leicester, Ma. Paul has gone to every manufacturer school each year with his team members. With 20 years experience as a metallurgist, he has all sorts of skills to fix anything he comes across. Paul fills his day with ensuring his customers get the fastest and most accurate service possible. Paul is a known for his accuracy and courteousness.

Tom Forest is a graduate of Marcone University Appliance and Refrigeration School. Tom has completed soldering skills training and can readily do real repairs down to component levels. With experiences in home construction, garage doors, and having a Construction Supervisor License, Tom has many years of experience helping consumers with home repair needs. Welcome Tom into your home and he will reward you with a high level of care and responsibility. Tom has completed many manufacturer schools and achieves the highest rankings from happy customers.

Allen Somogie comes to you with years of experience from the factory service and national level service. Also a graduate of Baystate School of Technology, Allen has terrific skills and knowledge. Allen has undertaken the desire to learn even more and proves that this is a lifelong endeavor for technicians to remain proficient. Allen is covering the Southeast portion of New Hampshire and the Northshore of Mass. He offers customers a well explained, honest evaluation. He offers a very articulate point of view to what he does.

Joe Manduke is a graduate of Pathfinder Vocational Technical High School, Palmer, Ma. Graduate from the HVAC training program and is refrigerant certified. Joe also graduated from schools over the last year from Whirlpool, Subzero, Wolf, Electrolux, Frigidare, and Bosch! Joe has just enough experience to make him capable on all brands and is an enourmous asset to our company!

Eric Timiraos has joined our family based organization out of Waterbury, CT area. Eric has an Associate's degree in computer technology, electronics training from Kaynor Tech, and even certified in small engine repairs! He has also graduated from many manufacturer schools and has been working to become an advanced level technician since high school. With over 10 years of experience as a major appliance technician, Eric will be able and ready to repair whatever you have in your home!
