We service all major appliances, computers, televisions, and audio systems.  We offer in-home service to over 300 towns across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Working with the National Electronics Dealer Association and over 50 manufacturers, we have created a company that is highly proficient in what we do and are your liaisons to today’s technology.

The amount of HDTV service has gone up in great proportions compared to past television products.  Major Appliance repair is so technical now from many manufacturers that the repair requires extensive electronics knowledge.  Don’t call on someone who is not trained in electronics and risk an improper repair!

We have technicians that are licensed for television service, certified for refrigeration, licensed for gas appliances, Microsoft certified for computers, and come from all sorts of technical backgrounds for a total support team to help you.

Our central location allows us to cover a large area and yet give priority to our local customers.  We offer same day service to our local customers and 48 hr response to all other areas.  Technicians are willing to come to your home around your work schedule with minimal time waiting for the appointment.  We run 100% on time for your scheduled appointment.

Our office staff supports 8 technicians with the latest in office tools and manufacturer support.  We operate as a team.  The customer is kept informed of the status of a repair as it moves through the process.  We accept no back orders from suppliers and have most parts either in stock or here within 48 hours.  When a unit is under warranty, we make sure it is either fixed or replaced as fast as the manufacturer allows.  When a unit is under an extended service contract we have direct communications with contract administrators for an immediate decision on a repair.  For COD repairs, you will find no one to do the job at a more reasonable price!

With an in house classroom, Suzor’s offers employees current training and advanced opportunities for learning a variety of skills.  Suzor’s operating mandate is that employees take ownership of their jobs and take proactive steps to put a broken item back into service as fast as possible.  This means there are constant parts deliveries to the business every day and many long hours on the telephone or computers to speed every process up.
