Annette Suzor is not only a partner but a key liaison to manufacturers for many tedious communications.  Annette brings 20+ years of office experience to our team.  With a degree in business, she is living the real world of how to handle the international companies and creating personal contacts to help us help you.
Carrie Waslaske is celebrating 3 years as a warranty billing specialist.  Carrie has been in every job position throughout the office.  She can handle almost any situation that will help you get a problem resolved with a manufacturer.  Carrie never seems to stop!
Danielle Leblanc has joined our team with many years experience as a service writer from the automotive industry.  While somehow still attending college, Danielle is handling computerization of all data bases and implementing efficiency standards for all employees.  Danielle is helping our team with a positive customer friendly personality!
Ann Marie Martin quietly takes care of the bookkeeping as she has for over 10 years now.  Anne Marie handles our entire accounting, payroll, and bill paying needs with a big smile every day!

The Technical Staff:
Bill Suzor fills the role of Service Manager, technician, parts guy, and whatever else has to be done to ensure customers get repairs fast, and correct.  It is always a “work in progress” helping all departments to achieve the day’s goals.  Bill ensures the same day service pledge!  As an active working owner of the business, all customer repairs are screened by him for quality of service and accuracy.
Chris Mallette is covering southwest New Hampshire and Central Mass from his home in Petersham, Ma.   Chris is a licensed refrigeration technician and has completed most manufacturer schools for the latest appliances out there.  Chris has cross trained on Plasma & LCD televisions.    Chris's mechanical knowledge makes most repair tasks seem simple and unchallenged.
Ernie Savoy has handled the greater Leominster area for over 5 years now. Ernie is a certified refrigeration technician and master major appliance technician.  With a degree in electro mechanical devices and past electrical and machining experiences, Ernie truly can repair anything.  Ernie is also certified in Plasma & LCD television repairs.  His area has grown to now cover greater Manchester, Merrimack, & Nashua, NH areas based out of his home in Milford, NH.
Gary Hamel is, well, a master technician of all!  Having come into the company while in high school at Monty Tech, Gary has been around for 9+ years now.   He is a licensed television technician, has a Vocational Certificate, is Microsoft Certified, and a pure electronics hobbyist at home!  Based out of Winchendon, Ma, Gary is instrumental to keeping advanced electronic applications and technology in everyone's minds.  He takes pride in knowing the latest information and how to handle it.
 
Paul Zollo is a Baystate School of Technology graduate and has been covering the Worcester area for over 3 years now.  Certified for gas, refrigeration, and major appliances, Paul is a key person for this area and based out of Leicester, Ma.  Paul is certified on Plasma and LCD repairs as well.  With 20 years experience as a metallurgist, he has all sorts of skills to fix anything he comes across.
 
Robbi Curtis has been an awesome all around technician in the field.  With many years of military electronics and warehouse distribution management skills, Robbi adds a level of customer care that homeowners appreciate.  Performing tasks in a full range of service capabilities, he is truly a one man repair asset covering most of Western Mass.  Robbi lives in Orange Ma and has dedicated long days to be sure your products run correctly!
 
Tom Forest is our true handyman!  For installations there is nothing better than a certified builder to do the job.  Based out of Warwick, Ma, Tom is covering the northern section of Western, Ma and Southwest New Hampshire.  Welcome Tom into your home and he will reward you with a high level of care and responsibility.  Backed by a variety of experiences, he will get it repaired for you correctly!
